The chop is the spend
· Week of October 26 · Life Flip LLC

Salmon had the kitchen, and it earned the money. Broccoli and a tin of sardines carried the rest. That plate is in the archive. This week the spend is a pound and a half of boneless pork chops, and the list is written so you can buy it on Sunday.
Breakfast is plain yogurt, an orange, and walnuts. The orange is the sweet. If the tub says vanilla, or light, or honey, it is the wrong tub. Granola is how this becomes dessert before 9 a.m.
Lunch is the cheap half of the cart. Kale wilted with garlic, white beans warmed in the same fat, lemon. No cheese and no croutons. A can of beans is how a pile of greens becomes a meal you are not hungry after.
Dinner is the chop, salted, browned, turned once, then cabbage in the same pan until the edges color. Lemon. Applesauce and barbecue sauce are both sugar with a spoon. The cabbage already has enough going on.
The rest of the week is those three things on purpose. Cold beans on Tuesday. The chop warmed, not seared until it dries out. A second pot on Wednesday so Thursday has dinner without a new idea. Sunday clears the pans.
Buy it on Sunday. Monday should not be a grocery trip and a new personality.
The cook order and the video stay on the Week of October 26 meal plan. The live kitchen is this week. What we are buying and leaving is on what’s hot and what is not. The rules that do not change are the method.
